The CPiP (Certified Practitioner in Practice) workshops were created to give HBDI®-certified practitioners an ongoing space to deepen their skills, connect with each other, and bring Whole Brain® Thinking to life in practical, real-world ways. The series was designed as working sessions—not just learning about the model, but actively applying it, sharing challenges, and building confidence together. The series, created in 2021, this workshop series is still active.

“Kim was an amazing guide through a process that was completely foreign to me. Yet, I had little worry that things would turn out well because of Kim’s expertise. She navigated the creation of my online training platform with incredible patience and clarity. With every conversation, I truly felt she shared my passion and desire for the project to succeed. Her attention to detail and insight into what was needed were second to none. I feel very fortunate to have had Kim as both a guide and advisor throughout this journey.”

Building the CPiP Program with Kim White
“Co-creating the CPiP program with Kim White and Anne Griswold (another Herrmann employee) has been one of the most meaningful experiences in my time at Herrmann. Kim wasn’t just a partner—she was a mentor. I learned so much from her clarity, vision, and the way she stayed grounded in what our practitioners truly needed.
We started with just an idea and hit some resistance early on—people weren’t sure if the demand was there. But we trusted the vision, stayed focused, and took a Whole Brain® approach to how we built and delivered. Fast forward: we exceeded our expectations. Attendance, engagement, impact—all up. And leadership went from cautious to fully behind it.
I’m incredibly proud of what we built—and grateful to have had the privilege to work with, and learn from a visionary like Kim.”
